Privacy Policy

Shenzhen Renli Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") highly value your personal information and data security. This policy explains how emit-erp (website erp.emit.team、, related APIs, and mobile clients) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information, as well as your rights.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account registration info: Company name, contact, email, phone, country/region.
  • Amazon store data (obtained via SP-API authorization): order business fields (order ID, SKU, amount, status), FBA inventory, reports, ads, product Catalog, store reviews, etc. emit-erp currently does not request any PII-restricted role and does not receive buyer name, shipping address, phone or email; see Data Protection.
  • Device & Logs: IP、Browser, OS, access time, page navigation trace — used for security audit and product improvement.
  • Payment & Invoice: Transaction credentials returned by the third-party payment processor after processing.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide emit-erp's core functionality
  • Billing, customer service, technical support
  • System security monitoring, fraud detection, and compliance audits
  • Conduct product improvement and data analysis with consent or as permitted by law

We will not use your Amazon store data for any commercial purposes outside this service; emit-erp currently does not receive any buyer PII, and if a PII role is added later for business need, we will not sell buyer PII to any third party.

3. Data Storage & Security

  • encryption: TLS 1.2+ in transit; AES-256 at rest; keys managed by independent KMS.
  • Retention: business data retained for the contracted service period; deleted or anonymized within 90 days after termination. Currently no buyer PII is received; if a PII role is added later for business need, PII is retained up to 30 days.
  • Access Control: Principle of least privilege, role-based permissions, two-factor authentication, complete audit logs.
  • Compliance: Amazon DPP、GDPR、CCPA、PIPL.

4. Information Sharing

We share information with third parties only when: you have given explicit consent; the third party is a service provider (cloud, payment) essential to service delivery and has signed a DPA; or legal or judicial authorities require disclosure under applicable law.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time; revoke emit-erp's SP-API authorization from Seller Central — sync stops within 72 hours and data is purged per schedule.

6. Cookie

We use only essential cookies to maintain session and preferences — no third-party tracking ads. Browsers may decline cookies, though some functionality may be affected.

7. Policy Updates

Material changes are announced on the site and via email. If you disagree, you may discontinue use and request data deletion.
