3 Steps to Get Started with emit-erp

No code, no password sharing. Once OAuth is complete, syncing begins.

Register your emit account

Access erp.emit.team, Register with your business email, fill in legal entity and contact info — under 2 minutes total.

Authorization Seller Central

sign in. You'll be redirected to Amazon Seller Central to complete OAuth authorization — only necessary scopes (orders, inventory, reports, ads) are requested; revokable any time.

Automatic Data Sync

Within 10 minutes of authorization, historical data loads in; thereafter, hourly incremental sync with real-time order/inventory event pushes.

Account & Trial

How do I apply for the free trial?
Go to Contact page Submit form (company / contact / email / platform), and we'll respond within 1 business day and activate a 14-day trial account. All features unlocked during the trial; no credit card required.
What happens when the trial ends?
You'll receive email reminders 3 days before expiry. To continue, subscribe to a plan on the Pricing page — your data carries over seamlessly. If you don't continue, the account converts to read-only and data is purged after 30 days.
How do multiple team members use it?
In the emit console → Settings → Team Members, invite coworkers by email. Supports permission assignment at store / listing / SKU / warehouse / document granularity. See Features · Permissions module.

Data & Security

Does emit-erp store my Amazon account password?
No.We integrate via Amazon SP-API OAuth 2.0, with the full flow on official Amazon pages. emit-erp only receives a refresh token — it cannot sign in to your seller console. See Data Protection.
How long is buyer PII (personally identifiable information) retained?
Up to 30 days. All PII (name, shipping address, email, phone) is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and auto-purged from production and backup media on expiry. Order business fields (order ID, SKU, amount) are retained for the service period.
Can I revoke authorization / delete data?
Yes. In Amazon Seller Central → Apps & Services → emit-erp → Revoke Access. Sync stops within 72 hours; all PII is purged within 30 days; business data within 90 days. You can also initiate a deletion request.
Which compliance standards do you meet?
Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP) 、GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), PIPL (China). Annual independent third-party penetration testing and security assessment; all audit logs retained for 1 year.

Billing & Invoicing

How is billing calculated? Are there hidden fees?
Tiered by store count + monthly order volume. No hidden fees, no setup fees, no minimum spend. Order overage at ¥0.06/order; upgrade tier anytime. See the Pricing page.
Which payment methods do you support?
Monthly and annual billing (annual gets 10% off). Monthly: WeChat / Alipay / bank transfer. Annual additionally supports corporate credit cards. Our legal entity issues VAT special invoices.
How do I get an invoice?
Console → Billing → Request Invoice; fill in invoice header and tax ID — electronic VAT invoice arrives via email within 5 business days. For paper invoices, contact emit-erp@hotmail.com.

Integration & Troubleshooting

How often is order data synced?
Order and status changes flow via Amazon SP-API Notifications (event push), near real-time sync. FBA inventory, ad reports, and settlement flows update hourly within official API rate limits.
Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?
Full coverage of 17 marketplaces: North America (US/CA/MX), Europe (UK/DE/FR/IT/ES/NL/SE/PL/BE/IE), Far East (JP/AU/SG), India (IN), Middle East (AE/SA), Brazil (BR). One account can manage multiple marketplaces.
Can it integrate with my ERP / BI / WMS systems?
Enterprise plan provides emit Open API (REST + Webhook event stream), supporting order/inventory/ads event subscriptions. See Products page · emit Open or contact sales for API documentation.
What if sync fails?
Console → Sync Monitor — view error logs. Common causes: ① Seller Central was re-authorized — click "Refresh Authorization" in emit; ② SP-API temporary rate limiting — system auto-retries; ③ Insufficient account permissions — verify the required scopes are checked on the Amazon side. If unresolved, submit a ticket.
