Terms of Service

Welcome to emit-erp ("the Service") provided by Shenzhen Renli Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By registering or beginning use, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Service Description

emit-erp is a SaaS system for cross-border e-commerce sellers. Officially authorized via Amazon SP-API, it connects to Amazon store data and provides operations features including orders, FBA, inventory, ads, procurement, and analytics.

2. Account Registration & Authorization

  • You shall provide accurate registration information and are responsible for account security;
  • Use of the Service requires OAuth authorization in Amazon Seller Central;
  • You may revoke authorization in Seller Central at any time; sync stops within 72 hours after revocation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any activity that violates laws, regulations, or Amazon platform policies;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, sell, or sublicense the Service and its components;
  • Use automated scripts to send malicious requests or security attacks against the Service;
  • Use the Service on stores you have not been authorized for.

4. Fees & Payment

Specific pricing, billing cycles, trial and refund policies are detailed on the Pricing page.If payment is overdue, we may suspend or terminate the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its code, interface, documentation, trademarks, and design belong to Shenzhen Renli Technology Co., Ltd. You receive only a usage license within the scope of these Terms.

6. data ownership

You retain full ownership of your store data at all times. We act solely as a data processor following your instructions and do not assert ownership.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimer

We commit to 99.9% monthly availability. However, the Service depends on Amazon SP-API and third-party cloud infrastructure; we are not liable for breach in the following circumstances:

  • Force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, network outages, etc.);
  • Amazon API policy changes, rate limiting, or temporary failures;
  • You fail to use the Service per agreement or do not renew on time.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. If you materially breach these Terms, we may terminate the Service immediately and delete your data. Regardless of cause, we will purge data within 90 days per the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; failing that, submitted to the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission under its arbitration rules then in effect.
